It’s hard to disagree when most of you aren’t going to be watching the Super Bowl for the game.

That’s why we have bills, to keep us from worrying about what to buy.

See, Paul hasn’t gone crazy with madness.  He’s gone crazy with parental overload.  It was easy when he first thought of her as a pet and then as some smart thing.  But a fully learning, growing animal who’s cute to boot?  It’s like that joke about why babies are adorable – it’s so we don’t use them for rocket fuel.  Because rocket fuels need to be ugly to work, as is my understanding.  I am positive I am getting this joke right.

Just don’t think about how you could be buying a whole bucket of ice cream for one fancy drink.

While a Vita could be neat, what would I do with it?  Play it?  Maybe I could print out a picture of it and pretend it’s sitting on my desk next to my unused 3DS.

A bit of a callback to Calvin and Hobbes in this one, the greatest newspaper comic.  Just thinking about Kyra, like Calvin, overacting while eating something she didn’t like brought a smile to my face.  See, there it is again.  That comic really was amazing.  The art was spectacular, characters memorable, ideas creative, and it had a deep respect for dinosaurs.  A daily highlight of my childhood for sure.

Also, today marks the two year anniversary that I started “Uh-oh it’s a Dinosaur” in its current style.  So many interesting stories told with so many more on the way.  And the longer we go, the more we’ll find out about our little Kyra friend.  Hopefully we’ll find out more about what’s gotten into Paul too.

True story, there really is a kid out there that discerning.

You’d think that if Google made the browser and the video service they’d work better together.  But maybe that’s just me.

I’m not sure who’s the child and who’s the adult here.  Both are being incredibly silly, but they’re also making thought out decisions.  I guess the best thing to do is assume everybody’s wrong.  It’s a great way to treat everybody equally!

New week, new background image.  I’ve been wanting to remake a certain image from this page for a long time, so this was a perfect excuse.  It’s always striking to see where you were before years of improvement.  Also, keep up on making those crazy awesome Kyra meme pictures.  So cute.
